Default A very good diet

Seven day menu of the Czech dietologist Of [d]. [Khorvat]
It is easy to observe this diet for the duration of long time. Excess kilograms depart gradually, thanks to which it is reached the more steadfast result.



First day
the 1st breakfast: 1 egg soft-boiled, tea or black coffee with xylite, 1 block.

the 2nd breakfast: 100 g of apples.

Dinner: 130 g of lenten boiled beef, 100 g of boiled potatoes [s] I will pour off (without the fat), 200 g of lettuce from the damp vegetables, black coffee with xylite, mineral water.

[Poldnik]: tea with xylite, 100 g of fruits.

Supper: 80 g of lenten ham, 1 egg, 100 g of vegetables, 10 g of butter, juice.



Second day
the 1st breakfast: the container of tea with xylite, one block.

the 2nd breakfast: 200 g of carrot lettuce.

Dinner: 50 g of stewed beef, 150 g of melon, 100 g of potatoes, mineral water.

[Poldnik]: coffee with milk (until 100) and xylite.

Supper: 150 g of baked fish sirloin, 150 g of spinach, mineral water.



Third day
the 1st breakfast: 30 g of ham, 20 g of blocks, tea with xylite.

the 2nd breakfast: 150 g of grapefruit.

Dinner: 150 g of meat with the carrot and the potatoes (200 d).

[Poldnik]: the container of tomato juice.

Supper: potatoes with the cottage cheese (100 g of potatoes and 50 g of cottage cheese), mineral water.



Fourth day
the 1st breakfast: 50 g of melted cheese, 30 g of bread, the container of tea with xylite.

the 2nd breakfast: 150 g of orange.

Dinner: 150 g of hen, 100 g of potatoes, 150 g of cucumber lettuce.

[Poldnik]: 150 g of apples.

Supper: egg omelet with ham (2 eggs, 30 g of ham), 150 g of lettuce from the tomatoes, juice.



Fifth day
the 1st breakfast: 100 g of cottage cheese, 30 g of bread, the container of tea with xylite.

the 2nd breakfast: 100 g of berries or fruits.

Dinner: 150 g of boiled meat, 100 g of potatoes, the container of compote.

[Poldnik]: the container of kefir.

Supper: vegetable lettuce, juice or mineral water.



Sixth day
the 1st breakfast: watermelon or apples.

the 2nd breakfast: 200 g of carrot lettuce.

Dinner: 100 g of veal with sauce, 100 g of potatoes, 50 g of cabbage lettuce.

[Poldnik]: 50 g of horseradish.

Supper: fungi (100 d) with the egg, cucumber lettuce, mineral water.



Seventh day
the 1st breakfast: 50 g of cottage cheese, 20 g of blocks, the container of tea with xylite.

the 2nd breakfast: the container of milk.

Dinner: 150 g of the fried of pork, 100 g of potatoes, 100 g of different vegetables.

[Poldnik]: coffee with milk (until 100 that, etc), 200 g of stewed bean, mineral water.

Supper: the container of kefir with the pastry
